1. Using Beljonex Hub

Beljonex Hub provides digital profile, learning, information, communication and support experiences. Use the platform lawfully, respectfully and only for purposes you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to bypass login controls, access another visitor's information or interfere with platform availability.

2. Account information and security

Provide accurate registration details, keep your password private and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. Your username identifies your account; your password and server-issued session controls are used to protect access. A profile photograph suitability check does not prove a person's identity.

3. Profile photographs and personal information

Registration may process the information you submit, including your name, contact details, location, purpose of visit and profile photograph. The current backend is designed to store profile images privately in Google Drive and to keep account records in the configured database. Only provide information you are comfortable submitting for the stated account and service purposes.

4. AI assistance

AI features can make mistakes and may be temporarily unavailable. Use AI responses as guidance rather than a guarantee of correctness. Do not submit passwords, payment PINs, private credentials or sensitive information that is not needed for your request. Protected actions remain subject to server-side authorisation.

5. Messages and notifications

Beljonex may process support messages and responses to provide the requested service. Email copies and administrator alerts may be queued for delivery where configured. An optional WhatsApp notification choice is separate from accepting these Terms. WhatsApp copies are sent only when you opt in and the administrator has enabled the integration. Delivery can fail or be delayed, and a queued message is not a confirmed delivery.

6. Services and payments

Service descriptions and prices shown on the Notice Board are informational examples from the supplied service catalogue and must be confirmed in the authenticated service workspace. Do not share your mobile-money PIN or banking credentials. A payment is not treated as confirmed merely because a payment link opens or a message is sent.

7. Acceptable conduct and availability

Do not use Beljonex to distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive content, exploit security weaknesses, or disrupt another person's experience. Features may be maintained or temporarily unavailable. The platform will display an error or fallback when a service cannot be reached instead of treating the failed request as successful.

8. Questions and updates

Contact Beljonex through the published support options if you have questions about your account or the handling of your information. Updated terms should be shown for review and accepted again when a material change requires renewed consent.
